Thanksgiving Order Reheating Instructions
Rolled Stuffed Turkey Breast | TurDucKen | Bone-In Breast
- Pre-Heat oven to 350F
- Cook on rack in roasting pan, put stock or water in bottom of pan
– If no rack drizzle oil on bottom of pan and baste every 15-20 min - Cover or uncover depending on your desired crispness on outside
- Roast until internal temperature of meat is 165F. Make sure probe is in center most part of the meat. Roasting times 12 to 15 minutes per pound
Nueskees Ham
- Remove netting before heating and slicing
- Maximize moistness. Pre-Heat oven to 275F
- Cover with foil and heat 20 minutes per pound until internal temperature is 120F
Re-Heat – Deep Fried Turkey | Smoked Turkey
- Pre-Heat oven to 350F
- Place in cooking pan, add stock or water.
- Cover with foil lightly.
- Cook until internal temperature 140F
– Whole 1.5 to 2 hr.
– Half 30 to 60 min. - For crispy skin remove foil last 1/4 of cooking time and raise oven temp
- MUST REST 20-30 min before carving to maximize moisture.
Stuffing(s) | Sides | Starters
- Pre-Heat oven to 350F
- Place in foil pan or oven safe pan, cover with foil
– Foil can be removed towards end of reheat and oven temperature raised to crisp top - Reheat for 20 to 30 minutes
Gravy | Soup
- Place in pot or skillet cold.
- Heat on low/medium stirring often until simmering and serve.
ParkerHouse Rolls | Rustic Rolls
- Pre-heat oven 350F
- Place on baking sheet. Brush with our honey butter or butter.
- Re-heat for 7-10 until warm.
